Went to Port Charlotte location Sunday. Food and service excellent as always. understood prices higher. But the price for a small marguarita was $14.00 !!! won't do that again

A member of my party is allergic to many common cooking oils (canola, vegetable, grapeseed, sunflower, soybean, rice bran), but they are fine with extra virgin olive/avocado/coconut oil, butter and animal fats.

I was wondering how they should best navigate the menu, are any of these oils in your sauces/aiolis or used to cook proteins? Anything to avoid in particular?
